Luxor Creek Outfitters - British Columbia Big Game Hunts & Guide Outfitting

We normally suggest that our guests fly into Calgary, Alberta. Our hunting area may be reached via either of two main roads from Radium Hot Springs or Golden. Upon request, one of our capable guides will be happy to pick you and your party up at the Calgary Airport. Usually, parties of three to four will rent a 4x4 vehicle in Calgary and drive up (we provide parking), but we are always pleased to provide transportation to and from the airport. Please read our company rules and policies below.

1. Reservations & Payment. We require a 50% deposit of the entire expedition balance in order to confirm your reservation. This deposit is subject to a 100% refund within 30 days should the guest wish to cancel, but after 30 days of the confirmation there shall be no refund. The remaining balance is due a minimum of 30 days before your scheduled hunt. Licenses and tags will be purchased in advance by the Outfitter, but reimbursed by you at the hunt camp. Cash and checks are welcome.

2. Contract & Indemnity Agreement. Prior to arrival, all contract and indemnity forms must be completed and returned to Luxor Creek Outfitters, Inc., PO Box 157, Edgewater, BC V0A 1E0. Doug Goodwin will provide these forms for all guests. He may be contacted at 1-888-347-9048.

3. Guest Conduct. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a reasonable and appropriate manner. All guests will comply with established Canadian and British Columbia law.

4. Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages shall not be supplied to guests, however, guests are free to bring alcohol with them if so desired. Alcohol may only be consumed in base camps. Under no circumstances may alcohol be consumed or taken on hunting expeditions, or in/on any motorized vehicle.

5. Firearms. All guns are not permitted to be loaded while in vehicles, nor on horses or quads. Rounds may not be chambered until the guest is ready to shoot. All pistols and revolvers are ILLEGAL in Canada, and possession of which will result in felony penalties. DO NOT BRING HANDGUNS!
